We are confident you will love your Annie Bennett Jewellery purchase, however should you change your mind, you can return any item purchased on our website within 14 days, where we will be happy to arrange an exchange, or a full refund for you. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Earrings are exempt from being returned due to hygiene reasons.

Exempt from any exchange or refund are bespoke pieces and items that have been customised to a customer’s request.

We recommend that returns are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

Please note that the original postage costs are not refundable and we do not accept any responsibility for the return postage costs. Exceptions to this are if an item is faulty upon receipt.

Defective and Damaged Items

Faulty items will only be accepted for return if the goods have been delivered to the customer damaged.

All parcels must immediately be opened in the presence of the courier upon receipt of the goods, to verify that the goods contained in the parcel are untampered with and undamaged. You acknowledge that if you fail to do this and subsequently find the goods are not contained therein, or have been damaged during delivery, we may not be able to claim against the courier or against our insurers. Accordingly, if you do fail to do this, you agree that you will be solely liable for any such loss or damage and shall waive, release and indemnify us from and against any claims relating thereto, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

If you should receive an item that is defective or damaged and the courier can corroborate this, or you received an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us here within 5 working days. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item once the faulty item has been returned to us by post and once it has been assessed by us. Any item displaying damage that is deemed to be a direct result of fair wear or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty. We will confirm the return address in writing, once you have contacted us about the fault.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 days. You will be refunded the cost of the postage and packaging if the item arrived to you damaged and the courier service can vouch for this.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded (unless they arrive damaged or the wrong item has been sent).
